How often will my subscription be re-billed?
Depending on which plan you purchased at setup will determine when you will be re-billed. If you purchased a pre-pay plan (3 month, 6 month, 12 month), you will only pay the one time up front price for the duration of your subscription - shipping costs are already factored into your upfront cost at purchase so you will not see any further costs from us until your plan renews.
What day of the month do you re-bill?
If you purchased a multiple month plan (ie. 3, 6 or 12 months), you will see a reoccurring charge on the 25th of the last month of your subscription to renew for the same exact product you have.
For example, if you paid for a 3 month plan to receive May, June and July, you will see a reoccurring charge on the 25th of July. This reoccurring charge will go through for the same plan type you currently have Active. If you have a 3 month active, it will reoccur at the 3 month price, 6 month price, etc.
This will continue on automatically to secure you the next month's boxes.
What if I want to update my information or cancel?
At Checkout, you created an account with us. Feel free to login
to update your account information and even upgrade, downgrade, cancel your subscription.
How much is shipping inside of the US?
If you are inside the United States, shipping is $6.50 via USPS Priority Mail.
How much is shipping outside of the US?
If you are outside the United States, shipping will vary by your location.
Shipping is $14.75 for Canada, and $21 for the rest of the world. We ship via USPS Priority Mail International which takes approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Can you put your order as a gift on my customs form?
Unfortunately, we cannot. All international orders will be valued at $34.95 on the customs form & the duties/taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail everywhere in the world.
When do you ship?
We ship our boxes out between the 15th-20th of each month via USPS First Class Mail. They will arrive within 4-5 days once shipped inside the US and 2-3 weeks outside of the US. If you'd like to receive the current month's box, you must subscribe before 9PM MST on the 14th of the month. If you order after 9PM MST on the 14th of the month, you will be charged and will receive a box the following month. For example - if you order on the morning of May 14th , you will be charged & get the May box that week when we ship orders out. If you order on May 21st, you will get the June box that ships between the 15th-20th of June as your first box.

Do you realize your sewing machine is backwards in your logo?
Have no fear! We are familiar with how a sewing machine looks and this was definitely intentional. Our sewing machine logo is turned around in an effort to support YOU and your sewing adventures -- taking the focus off of us. Our box has always been about others from day one, we want to support you as you sit at your sewing machine to make and do good in the world through your sewing & quilting.
What if I already own the fabric / thread inside my box?
We understand that on a rare occasion this can happen. There are many great opportunities that we can suggest doing with items you already own -- passing it along to another person to build their stash, re-gifting or even making a gift to give away with the items you have duplicates of.
I like something in last month's box. Can I substitute items in my new month's box?
Each month we do our best to curate a variety of items that are considered that month's box therefore, we don't allow any substitutions. You are welcomed to purchase the previous month's box (if available) on our Shop page
What is your return policy?
All of our box sales are final however if you are not fully satisfied with your items inside of your box or they arrive damaged, we would love your feedback. Please email us at

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds on pre-pay plans that have been paid in full or on boxes once they have shipped. Please know that we reoccur automatically for payment on the 25th of the month for the next month's box, so please be aware of this charge. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or allow returns of boxes.
What is your policy on missing boxes?
If you are international, please know that we do not have any control over customs. We ship your box between the 15th-20th of every month. Please give up to 21 business days for your item to arrive. Often times with Canada Post, there are substantial delays in shipping that we cannot control.
If your item has not moved in 30 days, we will go ahead and work together for a resolution. Please allow us this amount of time before you send us an email about a missing box. One way that you can find out more about your missing box would be to call your local post office or visit usps.com, put in your tracking number and sign up for email updates. You will than get email updates when your item moves.
As we enter the busy holiday season, we cannot guarantee an item will arrive in time for a specific holiday. We will ship our items standard, the 15th - 20th of every month.
